If you request a cancellation before outreach has commenced or publisher placements have been booked, we will issue a 100% full refund with no questions asked.
2. 12-Month Link Replacement Guarantee
In the rare event that a published article or backlink is taken down, unindexed, or altered by a publisher within 12 months of delivery, we will replace the placement on an equivalent or higher DA site at zero additional cost to you.
3. Non-Fulfillment Refunds
If we are unable to fulfill an order due to niche restrictions, publisher availability, or editorial rejection, you will receive a full refund or option to switch target URLs/niches.
4. Requesting a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a replacement claim or pre-fulfillment refund, email our support team with your order ID at support@easyrank.link. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
